Hand carved statue of Pregnant Mary & Joseph's journey to Bethlehem. They had to travel 90 Miles Riding on a donkey to the city of josephs ancestors.
This outstanding Olive wood piece is made by one single olive wood piece. the wood is deeply stained to create a warm soft look and the final lacquer coat give it a smooth, elegant finish. The figurines have outstanding facial expression details that makes the statue come to life.
And all went to be enrolled, each to his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth.
